About Richard Rowson
My academic life began at the Open University, where I wrote course units on moral philosophy and moral education. I then moved to what is now the University of Glamorgan, setting up the philosophy section and lecturing in moral philosophy and professional ethics to arts and science undergraduates, nursing students and police officers. I have also taught in medical schools and advised professional bodies, universities and government departments. I am currently a Research Fellow at Kingston University, Visiting Fellow at Glamorgan, and a member of ethics committes at Glamorgan, Kings College London and Lincoln University.
